Description
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
Manage relationships with external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Deliver annual NPD.
Oversee the development of promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Present reports and updates to stakeholders on brand performance.
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
Experience in the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in Activations/POS.
A strong understanding of brand development and consumer behaviour.
Proficiency in analysing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
