Key Responsibilities for an Internal Account Manager:
* Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives.
* Being available as a primary point of contact when it comes to customer service focus in creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
* Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into CRM maintaining accurate project notes and information for mailing purposes.
* Manage sales process and pipeline, and prepare for monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Key Skills for an Internal Account Manager:
* Ability to create, develop and maintain relationship by demonstrating listening, verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience in building relationships and maintaining.
* A passion for superior product delivery and customer service. An appreciation for the need for a positive client experience.
* Ability and initiative to solve problems as they arise, under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Uphold integrity, honesty and reliability.
