We are on the lookout for passionate Head Bakers who are eager to join the GAILs family. If you thrive on training and developing others, and are motivated by taking charge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! In our dynamic environment, no two days are the same, so being organized and a clear communicator is essential. Your role will be to maximize your team's potential while delivering our fresh food, bread, and cakes to the highest standards, all while maintaining food safety protocols.

As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for:

* Proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays
\n
* Mastering our products and recipes
\n
\n\n
Our bakeries open early, so you should be prepared for early starts, typically between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM.
\n\n
