How the role will make an impact: We are seeking a results-driven CRM Manager to lead and optimise our customer relationship management strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, analysing customer data and driving customer engagement and retention across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CRM tools, lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision-making. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end CRM customer journey to increase customer engagement, complaint resolution and pipeline management. Own the CRM platform, ensuring accurate data, system optimisation and process compliance. Monitor, analyses and report on CRM performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, sales, supply chain and finance teams to ensure a consistent and personalised customer experience. Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Key Skills: Proven experience in CRM or customer engagement roles. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and performance analysis. Familiarity with data dashboards, and reporting tools is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Creative, strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
