Overview
As a Band 6 Team Leader in the Rural Primary Care Network, you will take responsibility for a defined area, providing clinical leadership to Band 5, 4 and 3 staff while working collaboratively to manage a varied caseload. Using a named nurse model, you will build strong patient relationships, promote self-management and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

Qualifications
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Mileage expenses and NHS lease car options are available post-probation. Training opportunities and trainee pathways are offered for those without a District Nurse qualification or advanced clinical modules.
