* Managing customer interactions via email, messaging, phone calls and social media
* Ensuring all communications with customers are consistent and recognisable
* Collaborating with our Logistics, Sales, Finance and Product teams - coordinating activities on customer issues to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Acting as the voice of the customer internally - collecting and sharing feedback, feature requests, and highlighting issues that need attention
Ideal Candidate Profile
* At least 2 years’ experience in customer support or client service (experience with high-value items would be particularly relevant)
* Experience with logistics or operations would be advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, to juggle priorities and keep pace without supervision
* Problem-solving mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* An interest in art would be advantageous but not mandatory
