The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a successful and growing team in Essex. You will handle a broad caseload of commercial property work, build client relationships, and play an active role in business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters
* Managing a varied caseload from start to finish
* Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and leases
* Acting for lenders and borrowers on property finance transactions
* Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
* Supporting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
* Engaging in business development and networking
The Candidate
* Solicitor with 2+ PQE
* Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Excellent client care and communication abilities
* Commercially aware and able to spot opportunities for clients
* Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently
* Team player keen to contribute to the department’s growth
