What You’ll Do:
* Build and execute smart business development plans.
* Develop strong client relationships and deliver expert, solutions-driven advice.
* Source, qualify, and represent high-quality candidates.
* Manage expectations with both candidates and clients with professionalism and urgency.
* Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture and support junior team members.
