Centred on our state-of-the-art Technical Centre in Brackley, in the heart of the UK's Motorsport Valley, but also at our North American base on the East Coast of the US, we are building a team that reflects our ambitions.We are now looking for people with a winning mindset and passion for technical excellence to help us shape the next chapter of Garage 59.We’re looking for a highly skilled Machinist to support the precision engineering and fabrication of components for our GT3 race cars and our growing fleet of high-end luxury vehicles—including historic and modern Formula 1® cars. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate manual and CNC machines to produce precision components for race and road vehicles.Fabricate custom parts and assemblies to support race car development and restoration projects.Work from technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accuracy and quality.Collaborate with engineers and mechanics to meet performance and reliability targets.Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.Support rapid turnaround of components during race season and testing programmes. What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a machinist in motorsport, automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering.Skilled in manual milling, turning, and CNC operation.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience working with aluminium, titanium, carbon composites, and other motorsport-grade materials.A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for engineering excellence.Must have the right to work in the UK.
