About The Opportunity
We’re launching a new Sales and Business Development cohort designed for early career talent with the personality, mindset, and hunger to succeed in a commercial environment.
This programme isn’t about having the “perfect CV.” It’s about drive, confidence, coachability, and the desire to build something meaningful. Eligibility Criteria
* Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week)
* Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements)
* Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above
