* Processing a wide range of insurance claims, including property, vehicle, and third-party incidents
* Collaborating closely with our insurer's claims handling teams on complex cases
* Supporting risk-related working groups and ensuring compliance with insurance policies
* Managing ex-gratia property claims in partnership with Legal Services and Police Officers
* Producing clear, accurate reports and maintaining detailed records, You'll work closely with colleagues across Transport Services, Driver Training, Legal Services, and external partners, including insurers and regional insurance collaborators, to deliver a cohesive and effective service.
