Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
* Supervise and manage all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment.
* Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their skills in hospitality.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimise waste.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for improving restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures, to ensure profitability.
Experience
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is required.
* Experience in bartending or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership skills, with a focus on developing talent within the team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
