HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER - TRUNKING
MONDAY - FRIDAY: START TIMES BETWEEN 04:00 & 09:00 OR 13:00 & 22:00
PAY RATE: £16.65 - £20.81 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Donnington, Derbyshire.

Day to Day Duties
* Driving Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently to make 3 - 5 trunk runs a day
* Curtain side work
* Make on time deliveries
* Communicate with the transport team
* Follow Company policies and procedures
* Comply with driving rules and regulations
* Conduct vehicle inspections
* Ensure all loads are safe and secure
* Strapping loads correctly (awkward loads)
Essential Skills
1. Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
2. Hold a valid UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
3. Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving CE vehicles
4. Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
