Occupational Therapist – Hybrid
Southampton
£39,500 - £42,000 + approval bonus + performance bonus + benefits
Full or part‑time hours
Hybrid working with home‑based days and limited onsite attendance
Structured assessments, clinical reasoning and report writing with no shifts, weekends, or hands‑on care.
Responsibilities
You will:
• Conduct structured clinical conversations using professional judgement
• Review medical evidence and supporting documentation
• Produce clear, objective, evidence‑based written reports
• Use secure clinical systems and digital templates
• Contribute reports used to support formal disability benefit decisions
Qualifications
You must be registered as one of the following:
• Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
• Paramedic with HCPC registration
• Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with NMC registration
• Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
• Pharmacist with GPhC registration
Plus:
• A minimum of 12 months post‑registration experience
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Confidence with report writing and IT systems
• Ability to work to deadlines in a structured environment
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Pay, Progression and Benefits
• £39,500 – £42,000 salary
• Up to £2,000 approval bonus
• Up to 10% annual bonus based on quality and performance
