Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join schools in Cinderford and the surrounding Forest of Dean area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in both Primary and Secondary schools while gaining valuable experience and making a real difference in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing learning activities
Work with individual or small groups of pupils to provide targeted support
Assist with preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Support children with additional needs, including SEN, where applicable
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and pupils
Requirements:
Experience supporting children in schools, nurseries, or educational settings is preferred
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children learn
Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
Strong communication and teamwork skills
