Overview
Community Safety Intervention Officer role at Hertsmere Borough Council. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Partnerships and Policy Unit.
Responsibilities
* Lead on community safety intervention and prevention within Hertsmere. Initiate partnership working and apply strategies to support communities.
* Collaborate with partner agencies to resolve reports of anti-social behaviour, gather evidence, support victims and take action against perpetrators.
Qualifications
* Considerable experience in the field of community safety, preferably anti-social behaviour, within local government or a similar statutory body.
* Vetted by Hertfordshire Constabulary, as the role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system.
Employment details
The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).
