Shift Pattern: Rotating (06:00-14:30 and 14:00-22:30)

A valid FLT Counterbalance license issued within the last 3 years.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Administrator with FLT to join our team. This hybrid position combines warehouse operations with administrative duties in a clean, food-safe environment. Initially offered on a temporary basis, the role will become permanent after 13 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
* Unloading wagons, storing goods, and performing quality checks
* Picking and pre-picking orders
* Assisting with machine loading, pallet wrapping, dispatch, stock checks, and inventory management
* Preparing paperwork, building orders, and working within the Odoo ERP system
* Using laptops and scanners to book pallets and log label details
* Balancing approximately 70% warehouse tasks and 30% administrative duties (subject to variation)
Requirements & Skills
* Valid FLT Counterbalance License, dated within the last 3 years
* Experience operating pump trucks and electric FLTs (pedal‑controlled)
* Proficient in PC use with experience in ERP and WMS systems
* Previous warehouse experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts
* Comfortable working in a clean environment handling beverages (beer, energy drinks, etc.)
