This is a full time permanent role with and we are looking for someone to be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes as you will need to attend the office at least once a week with occasional fully expensed regional or national travel as and when required. Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description) As our internal communications lead for transformation projects, you’ll:
8. Lead and deliver all internal communications for our strategic portfolio, creating compelling plans and content that engage colleagues across the organisation.
9. Partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure communications align with our corporate narrative and support organisational objectives.
10. Champion change communications, guiding colleagues through transformation and celebrating success stories.
11. Manage communication channels and devise creative campaigns that reach diverse audiences across multiple locations.
12. Measure impact, reporting on engagement and effectiveness to senior management.

Our ideal Candidate Qualifications, Skills and Experience
16. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).
17. Professional qualification in Communications or Marketing (preferred).
18. Proven experience in creating and implementing change communications plans within a values-driven organisation.
19. Strong track record of delivering engaging communications for complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
20. Excellent copywriting skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
21. Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tactically at pace.
22. Skilled at building relationships and managing competing priorities.
