We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Engineer Scheduler to join our busy client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate engineer's daily jobs and appointments
* Liaise with customers and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery
* Respond to scheduling changes and emergencies promptly
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems
* Support the wider team with general administration tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
