What You'll Do
As an
Energy Savings Advisor
, you will:
* Make outbound calls to engage potential customers about energy saving and renewable solutions
* Arrange home energy assessments and help customers switch to greener, more cost effective options
* Work to individual and team sales targets in a lively, fas paced environment
* Build rapport, handle objections confidently, and provide an excellent customer experience
* Accurately record customer details in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection
What We're Looking For
* Sales and target driven with a positive, enthusiastic approach
* Confident communicator with an engaging personality
* Resilient and able to remain motivated when facing objections
* A genuine passion for helping customers save money and energy
* Previous call centre or sales experience is desirable, but not essential – full training is provided
What We Offer
* Competitive Salary:
£15,000 – £23,000 basic (depending on experience)
* Uncapped Commission:
paid weekly, with realistic OTE of £30,000+
* 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
* Friday: 9:30am – 2:30pm

You must be able to commute to our office:
Kingsgate House, Kingsgate, Doncaster, DN1 3JZ
