Role Responsibilities:
* Write CMM programs using PC-DMIS and M-COSMOS for measurement inspections.
* Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements.
* Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and regular quality checks.
* Address and resolve programming issues to maintain production efficiency.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
* Proficient with PC-DMIS and/or M-COSMOS programming.
* Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
* Experience with CMM machines and ability to read complex engineering drawings.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
