Overview
Working with one of the regions leading housebuilders, we are looking to appoint a proven Contracts Manager to an already high performing team in a period of high growth. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in the performance and delivery of your live schemes whilst ensuring all units are built in time and on budget.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the performance and delivery of live residential schemes, ensuring all units are built in time and on budget.
* Report to the Construction Director and contribute to a high-growth project delivery team.
Qualifications
* Volume Housebuilding is essential
* Proven experience managing multiple residential sites
* First class leadership and communication skills
* Senior Site / Project Managers will be considered
* First class experience of Health & Safety, Building Regulations and NHBC standards
