Engineering Manager Climate Tech Non-Profit £90,000 to £112,000 The Role Hands-on leadership role managing 20 engineers across multiple teams who are building a no-code energy systems modelling platform, transitioning to a PaaS model for external users. Youll own architecture standards, drive delivery, and evolve cloud infrastructure, working closely with Product and the CTO.
