Location: WC2R 0EX Rate of Pay: £42,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations for lunch service (approx. 600 covers weekly) Plan, develop, and execute buffet-style menus in line with The Source concept and standards Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and performance supervision Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP compliance) Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory control Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and control kitchen budget Liaise with suppliers, place orders, and ensure quality of delivered products Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance procedures Collaborate with management on seasonal menu updates and special events What's in it for you?
