Head of Sales Progression | Leeds | Up to £45,000 + Bonus & Uncapped Commission
Are you a commercially sharp sales progression professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume property environment? Do you have a knack for salvaging deals, keeping pipelines moving, and spotting opportunities others miss?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful residential property buying business based in Leeds — completing on 50–70 properties every single month. This is a senior, business-critical hire and a genuine opportunity to own and lead the entire sales progression function.
The Role
As Head of Sales Progression, you'll be responsible for managing a high-volume transaction pipeline from offer accepted through to legal completion. You'll be the engine that keeps deals moving — proactively resolving issues, rescuing at‑risk sales, and ensuring new clients receive an exceptional experience from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the end‑to‑end sales progression pipeline across 50–70+ monthly completions.
* Identifying and salvaging stalled or at‑risk transactions before they fall through.
* Acting as the key liaison between vendors, solicitors, and internal teams.
* Engaging rapidly with new client enquiries to support conversion.
* Building and refining systems to improve pipeline efficiency.
* Leading and developing a sales progression team to hit performance targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior sales progression or property transactions role.
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
* Commercially minded — you see opportunities, not just tasks.
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle a large, fast‑moving pipeline.
* A natural problem‑solver who gets deals over the line.
* Previous team management or mentoring experience is a bonus.
* BMV, cash‑buying or property investment background is a big plus but we welcome anyone from a property background.
