Brand Manager

Our client is one of the fastest growing FMCG food brands in Europe and market leaders who have redefined a category. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Brand Manager to help roll out their rebrand across every channel and touchpoint. This is a hand-on, fast paced role working alongside an industry leading team as they continue to be the standout brand in the category.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Bring the brand to life - across grocery retail, digital and media; making sure the brand looks and feels consistent everywhere it appears.
* Own campaign delivery – support ATL, print, and direct mail launches, managing timelines, assets, and agency partners.
* Build partnerships – coordinate with complementary D2C brands to grow awareness and reach new customers.
* Champion retail execution – coordinate in-store activations, POS, and trade materials in partnership with the Sales team.
* Manage online brand presence – ensure product listings, copy, and creative are accurate and on-brand across D2C and e-commerce platforms.
* Run product launches – align internal teams, manage rollout calendars, and deliver launch toolkits that keep everyone on message.
* Guard brand integrity – review copy and design for tone, claims, and consistency across all touch points.
* Track brand health – manage reporting tools, monitor campaign impact, and share insights to drive continuous improvement.

Do you have the following to apply?
* 3+ years in a brand, marketing or category role within FMCG
* Experience across retail, digital, partnerships, and traditional marketing channels.
* Proven track record executing Direct Mail or print campaigns and managing brand collaborations (essential).
* Exceptionally organised, detail-focused and commercially aware.
* Collaborative and proactive; you just get things done.
