Your Role as a Product Experience Service Technician
This isn’t your average workshop role. You’ll be a key part of the Product Experience team, ensuring each vehicle meets world-class standards before, during, and after client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform final pre-delivery inspections and ensure safe vehicle loading for shipment.
* Provide remote and in-person technical support to clients post-delivery.
* Diagnose and resolve warranty issues—locally and potentially on-site with clients globally.
* Conduct inbound inspections and carry out service, upgrade, and warranty work on multiple models.
* Execute dynamic road tests and full vehicle preparation before client return.
* Log all service data, defects, media evidence, and time allocations for engineering feedback and invoicing.
* Collaborate closely with quality and engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
You're a technician with passion, precision, and versatility—someone who takes pride in solving complex problems and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Ideal Service Technician Will Have:
* Extensive hands-on experience with whole vehicle builds and strip-downs.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems; experience with electronics and trim is a bonus.
* Background in motorsport or high-end vehicle servicing is highly advantageous.
* Familiarity with alignment equipment, diagnostic tools, and A/C systems preferred.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills—client interaction is part of the job.
* Confidence in solo fieldwork and public speaking when representing the brand.
* IT proficiency to update digital service tickets and defect reports.
* Flexible approach to working hours and travel—including overseas trips when required.
Hours & Pay:
* Hours: Monday – Thursday (07:30 – 16:15), Friday (07:00 – 15:30). Overtime available.
* Pay: £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
