We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
* Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
* Manage cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
* Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management.
Experience
* Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant role is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
* Knowledge of food safety standards is essential.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
