Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Barrister 3+ years’ PQE to join their growing team based in London or Slough. The role offers hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and an excellent benefits package.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Barrister to undertake a varied caseload including civil work, property-related litigation, debt recovery, contractual disputes, commercial disputes, and general civil/dispute resolution.

Litigation Solicitor Overview:You will manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a strong focus on advocacy and court representation, including Crown Court work where required. This role is ideal for a confident litigator who enjoys hands-on advocacy and working on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:
* Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters
* County court matters
* High Court and Court of Appeal matters
* Represent clients at hearings, trials and negotiations
* Liaise with counsel, experts and third parties
* Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
Requirements of the Litigation Solicitor:
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 4+ years’ PQE
* Strong civil litigation background with advocacy experience
* Experience of Court matters (desirable/essential depending on brief)
* Ability to manage caseload independently
* Excellent client care, communication and drafting skills
* Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
