Responsibilities
* Engage potential clients through various communication channels to promote our products and services.
* Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Share your knowledge with other team members.
* Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Qualifications
* Proven IT sales experience in hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud or infrastructure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport.
* Proficient in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Familiarity with CRM/CPQ platforms.
* Can work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
* Positive attitude and eagerness to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation
Pay: £30,000.00 – £60,000.00 per year + commission.
