A scaling PropTech business has recently implemented HubSpot and is now looking for a Marketing Manager with strong HubSpot expertise to take ownership of the platform and build a best‑in‑class automation engine.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role responsible for driving qualified demand, improving lead‑to‑occupancy conversion, and optimising the full customer journey through smart use of CRM and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimise HubSpot (workflows, automation, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting)
* Build and refine automated nurture journeys to improve MQL → booking conversion
* Lead multi‑channel digital performance activity (SEO/SEM, paid social, display, email/SMS)
* Improve CPL, CAC and overall funnel performance
* Deliver clear performance reporting to senior leadership
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to maximise occupancy and NOI
Ideal Background
* Strong, hands‑on HubSpot experience (essential)
* Proven track record in marketing automation and lead management
* Performance marketing experience across digital channels
