Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician will provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create network incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Action Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support and engineering teams, and other service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
7. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, ideally within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
