* As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality housekeeping service, while showing care and commitment to positively impacting our residents’ lives
* You will work with a team committed to making our residents comfortable in their home.
What skills do I need?
Teamwork! A happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home.
Experience is not essential, as we will help you with all the training and support you need to do the job. What is important is that you are caring, enthusiastic, and energetic. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential. You should also be kind and genuinely interested in older people and their needs, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
