My client is seeking a Head of Digital to be based in their Colchester, Essex office.
Responsibilities:
• To be the Head of the ICT profession and lead, direct, manage and review the ICT Team including the recruitment, development and retention of high-performing staff to ensure the delivery of resilient, high quality, customer-focused services in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner in line with policies and legislation• Be accountable to the Directors Management Team and Board for leading the development and delivery of clear over-arching ICT, telephony, digital and online strategies in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team, Managers and partners.• Ensure robust ICT security to prevent data breaches and ensure the continued security of software, data and infrastructure.• Transform how we work internally using technology to drive the right outcomes for our residents, communities and businesses and lead all digital aspects of the transformation programme. • Ensure all other aspects of the transformation programme are enabled by the Digital Devices.• Lead and manage the Digital Service to deliver agreed levels of customer performance• Manage the team’s Human Resources in terms of performance, development, attendance and health and safety.• Manage the financial and physical resources of the services within agreed budget levels• To build elected member and CBH board member confidence in ...
