Role: Supervisor (Plumbing)
Location: HMP Erlestoke, Devizes. SN10 5TU
Salary: £46,775.42 per annum
Contract: Permanent - 39hrs per week - Mon-Fri
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading a team of plumbers and supporting staff, overseeing maintenance of plumbing, heating and building service systems, ensuring compliance with water supply regulation and Legionella control, coordinating work schedules, providing technical guidance and managing projects within the Facilities Maintenance Team.

* City & Guilds 6009/Q1014058 - Mechanical Engineering Services: Plumbing (Domestic)
* BPEC Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating
* City & Guilds 6189 - Plumbing and Domestic Heating
* City & Guilds 6032 - Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing
* City & Guilds 5962 - Certificate in Plumbing (Advanced Craft)
* City & Guilds 6019 - Mechanical Engineering Services (Plumbing)
* City & Guilds 6288‑31 - Heating and Ventilating Craftsperson (Industrial & Commercial)
* ETA Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance
* City & Guilds 6188 - Heating and Ventilating
* City & Guilds 6088 - Certificate in Heating and Ventilating
* City & Guilds 6018 - Heating and Ventilation Installation
* City & Guilds 214 - Engineering Systems Maintenance
* A minimum of five years’ experience, ideally within an FM environment or secure environment, military, health or similar sectors.
* Experience working on commercial or industrial heating, water or building service systems.
* Familiar with, and ability to, work under Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
* Good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
* A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills.
