Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preconstruction Director located in Wrexham. The Preconstruction Director will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction process from initial concept through to project completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines, and managing design documentation.
The Preconstruction Director will also be responsible for leading a team and ensuring all projects meet regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in Building Envelope, Cladding, and Roofing design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software
* Strong project management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
* Understanding of construction regulations and standards
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
