We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advisor to join our busy People Services team. You will work with colleagues at all levels across the organization, providing sound professional HR advice on people matters, change projects, terms and conditions, and policies. You will also be involved in training, facilitation, and other project work.
You should hold at least CIPD Associate membership or have equivalent qualifications/experience and be passionate about HR. Your previous HR experience, understanding of employment legislation, and skills in people and change management will enable you to confidently support managers and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives. Experience in a complex, unionized organization and strong communication skills are essential. You should be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
The role supports NHS Highland, including Argyll and Bute. The position can be based in Inverness or Argyll and Bute, with regular attendance in Inverness. It is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours/week), with flexibility around hours desired.
