Salary £40000 - £50,000 annum Uncapped OTE, Gym, Company Trips
Location Bracknell, Bracknell Forest
Our client is a leading international IT solutions provider with an outstanding standing in the market, they are looking to add an additional member to the existing team and require an experienced Business Development Manager to join their high-performing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven business development manager to maximize their earning potential while working with a leading IT solutions provider in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will drive new business growth by generating sales opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
* Sell a wide range of IT solutions, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and components, to businesses across the UK and internationally.
* Leverage the support of a proactive marketing team to engage prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
* Over time, transition into a hybrid role that combines business development and account management, ensuring sustained revenue growth through repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
* An experienced business development manager with a proven track record in sales, Ideally in IT sales but particularly in business development management or new business acquisition.
* Experience in account management is advantageous but not essential— ongoing training and coaching are provided by an in-house sales trainer.
* A history of exceeding sales targets with the ability to provide tangible evidence of achievements.
* Industry experience as a business development manager in IT or electronics—previous experience selling HP, Lenovo, or Dell solutions would be a distinct advantage.
* A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships and growing revenue.
