The Marketing Coordinator will work with a team Marketing Managers to support them with the management of Marketing projects - focused on the coordination, project management and financials of projects.Responsibilities of the role:• Budget management and tracking• Purchase order creation and management using SAP system• Invoice processing and management• Support the marketing and sales managers with ad-hoc requests and workflows on the content management systems (Veeva PromoMats and Vault).• Ad-hoc support on marketing campaigns and projects• Management of the annual UK external conference planRequirements:• Experience in Life Sciences Marketing, Project Management or Account Management (e.g. Medical/healthcare communications, Marketing agency or in-house experience)Please get in contact by submitting your CV through LinkedIn
