Role Summary
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our marketing delivery. You will take ownership of planning and executing impactful campaigns that build awareness and create demand through relevant marketing channels. This role will have a strong focus on results, lead nurturing, and encompass all aspects of the marketing mix. Responsibilities will include copy and content creation, email and digital marketing, social media, events, creative design input, and more. Interested candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing role and be able to demonstrate an ability to work well both collaboratively and independently with other stakeholders across the business. A high level of attention to detail, along with excellent communication, copywriting & proofreading skills is essential to the day-to-day success of this role.
Responsibilities
* Create engaging digital content for email campaigns, social media, blogs, website, and events, ensuring consistency with our B Corp values and brand voice.
* Design visually appealing marketing materials (digital and print), including graphics, brochures, and promotional items, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Increase and manage lead flow via our website
* Plan marketing communication strategies to meet our marketing targets and liaise with all members of the team to ensure effective and efficient cross-channel delivery.
* Analyse the results of all marketing activity, including monitoring lead and conversion performance and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders.
* Manage and grow our social media presence, developing creative campaigns that highlight our culture, impact, and industry leadership.
* Supporting on a wide range of external and internal events.
* Developing offline marketing collateral such as leaflets, brochures and promotional items.
* Lead the creation of internal communications, keeping colleagues informed and engaged with our purpose-driven initiatives.
Individual Requirements
Essential
* 2-3 years’ previous experience in a marketing or similar role.
* Impeccable written and verbal communications, with the ability to produce high-quality copy and proofread for errors.
* Social media knowledge and experience.
* Experience with email marketing packages (e.g. Mailchimp)
* Experience in coordinating and running events.
* Experience of working with data and reports.
* Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the business.
Desirable
* Financial services experience would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite.
* An understanding of wider digital channels and tools.
