WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Bristol, BS16 1EJ
5 days per week on-site | 40 hours/week | Permanent
ISS is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the on-site service experience at one of our key client locations in Bristol.
This role is perfect for a proactive, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
What you'll do
* Ensure day-to-day contract compliance and adherence to ISS processes
* Foster a positive team culture and support your on-site placemakers
* Champion a seamless and elevated workplace experience for clients and end users
* Act quickly on missed SLAs and non-compliance to drive continuous improvement
* Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding ISS values
About You
* Experience of working in either Workplace or Facilities Management (especially cleaning / office settings) – would be an advantage but is not essential
* Proven experience of exceeding client expectations and providing great customer service
* A strong background in people leadership and team development
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A passion for service delivery and a proactive mindset
* Ability to balance process compliance with client expectations
