Cleaner Bro Idris (Site Dolgellau) School
To work as an important member of the cleaning team. Duties to include keeping designated areas clean and hygienic.
10 hours a week during the school term
GS1 Point 2 £12.26 per hour (£10.33 averaged)
Weekly Salary - £103.30

Purpose of the post
* Ensure the people of Gwynedd are at the heart of everything we do.
* Undertake cleaning of designated areas within the school to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Responsibility for functions
Equipment
Main duties
* Cleaning, washing, sweeping, and vacuuming.
* Emptying litter and recycling bins.
* Polishing and dusting furniture and fixtures.
* Cleaning toilets and shower areas, replenishing toilet paper and soap.
* Using powered equipment when appropriate.
* Duties may vary between terms and school closure periods.
* Occasional movement between areas.
Responsibility for self-development and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Operate within policies on equal opportunities and data protection.
Commitment to reducing the Council's carbon footprint.
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
Responsibility to report concerns about child or vulnerable adult abuse.
