Where will you be working?
BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value‑added engineering solutions.

What you'll bring:
* Provide clear, supportive commercial guidance to project teams and keep everyone updated.
* Share fresh ideas and improvements with Project Managers, Key Account Managers and colleagues.
* Adapt flexibly to different cost approaches (lump sum, target cost, reimbursable, day work).
* Embrace annual reviews and actively join training opportunities.
* Be a collaborative team player, ideally RICS qualified, with NEC and utilities experience.
* Experience in mentoring junior QSs and encouraging growth.
