Our Temporary Staffing service is well established across all inpatient sites and community settings. Offering you versatility in working with a variety of patients, departments, and settings; making every day different. Whilst benefiting from access to a range of training and staff benefits.
This bank role will require you to attend Corporate and Bank Induction and up to 1.5 days of face‑to‑face training (depending on experience).
Responsibilities
 * Assist patients and provide support to areas with high demand, delivering quality nursing care.
 * Lead and monitor the performance and work of the Nursing Team.
 * Support and maintain team nursing, promoting good working relationships within the multi‑disciplinary team and with other internal and external contacts.
Training & Development
 * Attend Corporate and Bank Induction.
 * Complete up to 1.5 days of face‑to‑face training, tailored to experience level.
 * Access a wide range of professional, management and leadership, and clinical skills training available through Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
