We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with drive, passionate about customer-centric problem solving, and eager to increase Oracle's footprint through consultative selling. Responsibilities
* Ensure the success of Oracle’s customers by focusing on deployment, usage, retention, and expansion of existing Applications customers.
* Build and execute a demand generation plan for your territory to meet your sales quota.
* Collaborate with the Renewals team to secure renewals and grow Oracle's applications footprint.
* Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating how Oracle’s application suite can solve current challenges and future-proof businesses.
* Build strong referenceable relationships within your territory.
* Manage your pipeline to meet monthly quotas and keep systems updated.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS cloud solutions and industry trends.
* Coordinate with Oracle and partner ecosystem to resolve customer issues.
* Educate customers on Oracle’s strategy, value propositions, and new features.
* Position Oracle’s value as part of overall business solutions and ensure customer realization of value.
* Build C-level relationships and assist in change management programs for cloud adoption.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior executives and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
* Utilize internal tools and processes for sales management and forecasting.
* Research industry trends and communicate insights.
* Create and communicate value propositions.
* Design customer-focused solutions and coordinate delivery teams.
* Produce accurate forecasts and maintain relationships across Oracle’s lines of business.
* Establish and maintain contractual agreements.
* Engage in relationship-building activities and industry forums.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience selling SaaS or cloud solutions, with full sales cycle involvement.
* Knowledge of Oracle Applications products is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and consultative selling skills.
* Ability to challenge customer perspectives and highlight value.
* Passion for digital industry trends and customer implications.
* Adaptability in a dynamic organization.
* Independent and organized work approach.
* Accurate forecasting and closing skills.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Experience leveraging social media for prospecting.
* Strong presentation and business development skills.
* Fluent in the local language and English.
