CONCIERGE ASSISTANT, ONE HYDE PARK

3 days on, 3 days off, 12 hour shifts

Were looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park.

Serviced by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, One Hyde Park is one of 22 residences under the group and offers the same luxurious, kind and generous service to the residents as Mandarin Oriental offers their guests.

As a Concierge Assistant at One Hyde Park, you will be responsible for:
Providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests
Doorman duties
Porter duties
Valet parking duties
Cover the Concierge desk when required

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be working on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12-hour shifts. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, with a requirement to cover occasional night shifts, so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Concierge Assistant candidate, you will have:
Possession of a valid UK driving license is essential. (Advanced would be preferred)
Previous 5* Hotel or Residences experience
A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments
Flexible availability
