Working Pattern
The usual hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with two days in the office at New County Hall, Truro. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required for meetings and engagements.
Candidate Requirements
* Educated to level 5 or equivalent, or with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., social work, education, nursing) and practice experience
* Willing to undertake a professional qualification in commissioning
* Knowledge of social care/people services commissioning and procurement
* Ability to review performance, outcomes, and quality through contract management
* Experience in research, analysis, presentation, and problem-solving
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across health and social care sectors
* Must have satisfactory travel mobility, including access to a suitable vehicle if needed
