This is a seasonal position to support our production teams during the Christmas period. The work schedule is weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, from 14:15 to 23:10. The contract is expected to last until the end of December.

Area of responsibility
Responsible for processing, packing, or dispatching quality products to meet production targets, maintain cost efficiency, and ensure safe working conditions.
Specific tasks include:
* Carrying out tasks on specific production lines within the factory.
* Processing, sealing, packing, or dispatching high-quality products according to specifications.
* Working independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
* Ensuring safe handling and transportation of food products throughout the factory.
* Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
* Following procedures for product tracking.
* Performing service roles within the production area to standard.
* Training or coaching new Production Operatives as needed.
* Covering other departments when required, based on training and skills.
* Contributing to departmental and site improvement projects.
* Stepping up to higher roles to ensure departmental operations run smoothly.
* Reporting hazards or issues to management.
* Taking responsibility for personal development.
* Maintaining good timekeeping, performance, and attendance according to company standards.
