As part of continued growth, they’re looking for a Demand Planner to join their collaborative and fast-moving planning team.This is a great opportunity for someone with prior demand planning or forecasting experience who’s looking to develop in a hands-on, commercially focused role. You’ll work closely with teams across supply chain, operations, and commercial to ensure accurate forecasts, effective stock management, and excellent product availability.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain accurate demand forecasts across multiple channels, factoring in promotional activity, product launches, and seasonal trendsMonitor performance against key KPIs including availability, waste, and forecast accuracyWork closely with procurement and production to ensure material and capacity planning align with demand requirementsSupport the launch and transition of new products, ensuring smooth forecasting and supply continuityAnalyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesProduce clear and actionable insight reports to share with internal stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and systems, driving efficiency and accuracyWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain coordination, ideally within a fast-paced consumer products or manufacturing environmentStrong Excel skills; familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Power Query an advantageConfident working with large data sets and translating information into actionable recommendationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across teamsHighly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesA proactive problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver resultsWhy Join?This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, product-led business where you can directly influence performance and efficiency across the supply chain.
