As an Executive Assistant you will play a critical role in helping the CEO stay focused on high-impact activities, while ensuring seamless communication and coordination across internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, including private equity investors.
This role is integral to the leadership rhythm of the business. You will manage C-suite meeting cycles, coordinate board and investor communications, prepare briefing materials, and support the execution of key strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant:
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and leadership team, site managers, private equity partners, and external advisors
* Prepare briefing notes, investor decks, board packs, and business updates in collaboration with the CEO and relevant functions.
* Note take at meetings as required
* Support the CEO in tracking progress against key strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and KPIs.
* Serve as the first point of contact for all matters pertaining to the CEO, handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and diplomacy.
* Organise and facilitate key leadership meetings, off-sites, site visits, and investor briefings.
* Track and report on growth milestones and performance metrics across the expanding network of repair sites.
Skills and experience required as an Executive Assistant:
* Proven experience as an EA at Board or C-suite level, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, multi-site or private equity-backed business.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage complex projects and shifting priorities.
* Highly confident in working with financial and commercial information and board-level documents.
* Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with high attention to detail and polish.
* Discretion, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of professional integrity.
* Experience within automotive, repair services, franchising, retail, or another operationally intensive sector is desirable but not essential.
* Exposure to M&A processes, investor relations, or private equity environments is desirable.
